HISTORY
MacAdens Creative Minds Initiative alias Create Initiative was founded in 2018 by Maccarthy Adeniyi. The name Create Initiative was born from the organization’s first ever event held in 2018 titled “Create 1.0”.
With a passion to make an influence in the life of young secondary school leavers who had between 3 months to 2 years gap before they get admitted to the higher institution, the create conference was born.
It was to stir up creativity in these young minds, teach them that the waiting period between their final secondary school exam and their first undergraduate class can be harnessed in acquiring skills that would not only provide a source of income for themselves and their families but importantly make them equipped to become problem solvers through creative thinking for the society they live.

Empowering Professionals for Excellence
Replicate is a transformative program designed for professionals seeking to enhance their skills and competencies. Courses range from Human Resource Management to Agritech, Import and Export Business, Politics, and Personal and Corporate Branding. The program not only equips participants with valuable knowledge but also fosters connections through a networking hangout.
Africa Kids Training (Coding/Writing)
Igniting Creativity in Young Minds
Our Africa Kids Training is a vibrant initiative aimed at children aged 9 to 15. Combining coding and writing, kids embark on an intensive journey into the world of coding and book creation. The program concludes with a tour, bridging virtual learning with practical experiences. The success of the Africa Kids Writing held in May 2023 program led to the formation of a dedicated Book Club for the participants.
